All outputs are suggestions based on your input and do not constitute legal, medical, safety, compliance, or professional advice of any kind. 2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any document before implementing it in your business. SOPcraft makes no warranty that generated documents are accurate, complete, suitable for your specific situation, or compliant with applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Data You Submit — Important Notice

Do not include personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive personal data, protected health information, confidential trade secrets, or any data subject to legal privilege in your SOP inputs. By submitting content to SOPcraft, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. Your inputs are processed by Anthropic's API (subject to Anthropic's privacy policy) and, where requested, by PDFShift for PDF generation (subject to PDFShift's privacy policy).

4. High-Risk Industries

SOPs related to food safety, healthcare, construction, chemicals, childcare, aviation, or other regulated industries require review and approval by a qualified professional before use. Never rely solely on AI-generated content for safety-critical procedures.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOPcraft and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) use of generated documents; (b) errors or omissions in AI output; (c) data breaches at third-party processors (Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, PDFShift); or (d) any business decisions made based on generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Payments & Refunds

Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable except where a technical failure prevents document generation. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to [email protected]. SOPcraft reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input and the documents generated from your input. SOPcraft retains ownership of the platform, software, and any underlying models or systems. You grant SOPcraft a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Account data: Your email address, used to authenticate you via magic link. We do not store passwords.
SOP content: The text you enter and the documents generated, stored so you can access your library.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following sub-processors who may receive your data as part of providing the service:

• Anthropic (USA) — processes your SOP inputs via API to generate documents. Anthropic does not train on API data. Privacy Policy
• Supabase (USA) — stores your account data and SOPs. SOC 2 Type 2 certified, data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Privacy Policy
• Stripe (USA) — processes payments. PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Privacy Policy

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the product, preventing abuse), and legal obligation (financial records for tax purposes). We do not rely on consent for core service functionality.

6. Data Retention

Your account and SOP data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual SOPs at any time from your account. To request full account and data deletion, email [email protected] and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. International Transfers

Some of our processors are based in the USA. Transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms.
